creative writing prompts

Creative writing prompts are a great way to use your imagination to create a regular writing practice.

Each morning, just pick a new prompt and start a new story.

Don’t worry whether or not you finish the story.

Just write as much as you can following one of the prompts.

When you can’t seem to figure out what to write next, get a clean sheet of paper, or a clean Word doc on your computer, and use another prompt to start writing.

Do this every morning and soon you will have created a regular writing routine!

Try it!
