What does purity look like? Is it recognizable to the average teenage girl? Does she know that purity should be at the very foundation of her identity over makeup, short skirts, and finding a boyfriend? Purity carries an unpopular message in our culture, but the ignorance of purity could quite possibly be the greatest cause of the low self-esteem epidemic among teenage girls in our society. If a girl doesn’t understand what kind of woman she was created to become, then chances are she will believe lies about herself from modern culture. As a result, throughout her life she will behave as if she’s a much lesser being than her creator meant her to be. She may even become sexually active early in an attempt to feel desired and accepted. It’s time she learns that her true beauty radiates brightly from the inside out! The Identity of Purity will: 1. Define what purity is from God’s perspective…not the world’s. 2. Teach teenage girls Biblically about their true identity and purpose amid the lies from media and pop culture. 3. Guide teenage girls to sexual purity through a deeper walk with their creator. 4. Help teenage girls overcome 5 major obstacles to living a lifestyle of purity.
About the Author
Shy and quiet as a child, Rhianna Sanford is now fearless and bold concerning God and His Kingdom. During her adolescent years, she realized God’s powerful grace and empowerment and embraced His call on her life to lead, teach and train people in various areas of ministry. Her ultimte passion, as a formally trained musician, is leading individuals into intimate encounters with God through her musical talents. She also has a burning desire to serve young people and see them freed from the deceptive ideas of the world and modern culture. Rhianna has a visual prophetic gift (God often speaks to Rhianna in picture messages and dreams) and enjoys uplifting, encouraging and demonstrating His love to others. Rhianna and her husband Alessandro are uniquely gifted as pioneers and initiators. They are both business owners and founded and pastored Living Waters Family Church in Courtland, Kansas. As a mother of three, Rhianna has learned the vital importance of balance and prioritizing, stemming from a message that is at the root of a life-long theme from Matthew 6:33; to passionately pursue God’s ways first and above all, expecting the goodness and glory of God to take care of everything else.
