This month we are challenging you to remain grateful every day, even in the midst of these trying times.
Start a gratitude journal – or continue writing in your gratitude journal if you have already started one.
This month, every day plan to list at least 6 things you are grateful for.
For example, you might be grateful for your good health, your cozy home, your loving family, the good, nutritious food you are able to eat each day, and your helpful friends.
If you’re a writer, you should be grateful for your writing career or writing business, too.
We hope you will accept this month’s challenge.
